We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive the item. You can apply for a return or exchange during this period, provided the item is unused, tags are intact, and it is in its original packaging. - Return Conditions
The following conditions qualify for a return:
The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
The item is unused, and all tags and original packaging are intact.
All accessories and instructions included with the purchase are complete.
Items that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for a refund, and we reserve the right to refuse returns. - Return Process
If you meet the return conditions, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer support team via email or phone to inform us of your return request. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included in your return package.
Prepare Return Package: Place the item in its original packaging and include your order confirmation and the Return Authorization number.

Please keep the tracking information so we can confirm receipt of the return. - Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please submit a request following the return process. After receiving the returned item, you can choose to exchange it for a different size or color of the same item. The processing time for exchanged items is the same as for refunds. - Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in good condition, the refund processing time is 5-10 business days. The refund will be processed using your original payment method.
